What is EZStrip™?

EZStrip™ is a brand of scientifically formulated oral dissolving strips. Each strip contains a precise dose of active ingredients that have been supported by clinical studies. EZStrips™ are individually packaged and tested for quality.

How do I take an EZStrip™? 

Peel apart the foil at the top as indicated by the chevron symbol. Remove the dissolvable film strip from the foil and place on your tongue. Allow to dissolve, then swallow.

Do I need water to take an EZStrip™? 

No, each EZStrip™ product has been designed so that they dissolve on your tongue. EZStrip™ products can be consumed anytime, anywhere without water.

How many strips can I take?  

Take one film strip at a time. Refer to the specific directions on the back of the package for specific product instructions and recommended daily dosage. Directions vary by product.

How do I store EZStrip™ products?

EZStrip™ products should be stored in a cool dry place and protected from moisture, heat, and humidity. 

Can I take more than one serving in one day?

Please refer to the directions on the product before use. Each serving should be taken as directed on the package. If you have any additional questions, please consult with your healthcare provider.

Should I talk to a healthcare provider before use?

Please consider a licensed healthcare provider if you have any questions regarding your specific condition.

Can I cut the film? Can I take only half of a film?  

EZStrip products are not designed to be cut. Each strip should be taken as directed on the package.

Can I give an EZStrip™ to a child? 

Please refer to the specific directions on the back of the package. Some EZStrip™ products are recommended for adults and children 6 years of age and older. Some EZStrip™ products are for adults only. Please contact your health care professional with any medical questions.

Are EZStrip™ products sugar free?

All EZStrip™ products are sugar free.

Is sucralose a sugar? What is the difference between sucralose and sugar? 

Sucralose is not a sugar. Sucralose is a synthetic sweetener, and sucrose is common table sugar. Sucralose cannot be converted to sucrose in the body. No nutritional value can be derived from ingesting sucralose.

Are EZStrip products gluten free? 

All EZStrip™ products are gluten free.

Are EZStrip products allergen free? 

All EZStrip™ products are allergen free.

Are EZStrip products non-GMO? 

All EZStrip™ products are non-GMO.

Are EZStrip products vegan?  

No, EZStrip™ products are not vegan. Please refer to the ingredients of each individual product

EZStrip™ products are manufactured by Aquestive Therapeutics, Inc.

What standards are EZStrip™ products manufactured to?

EZStrip™ products are manufactured according to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) for Dietary Supplements, in an FDA registered facility. 

Why is each EZStrip™ Individually wrapped? 

To maintain the quality and purity of each EZStrip™ they are individually wrapped in recyclable, pharmaceutical grade packaging. This also means that each EZStrip™ product is easy to carry, take with you and stays fresh no matter where you take it.

HOW ARE EZSTRIP™ PRODUCTS TESTED?

Every batch of EZStrip™ product is tested for potency, along with other important attributes.

What is the shelf life of EZStrip™ products?

To retain freshness, EZStrip™ products have a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture as indicated on the back of the package.

Availability and Returns

How do I return my EZStrip™ product?

Please click on the link in your order confirmation to initiate a return authorization. You can also email EZStrip™ at customerservice@ezstrip.com to obtain a return authorization. When your return is authorized, you will receive a shipping label. Please package your EZStrip™ product in its original packaging and send back to EZStrip™ at the address indicated on the shipping label.

What if my order did not arrive?

Please refer to the shipment tracking which was emailed to you when your order was shipped. If your order has not arrived, please contact customerservice@ezstrip.com and include your order number in the email.

What should I do if my package arrived damaged?

Please contact us at customerservice@ezstrip.com and include your order number and a photo of the damaged product. EZStrip™ will send a replacement order for products damaged in transit. 

Are EZStrip products available outside of the United States?

No. EZStrip™ products are not currently available outside of the United States.
