    Didn’t really help me

    I did not find this particularly helpful when I had an upset stomach. It was very strong tasting and made me more nauseated versus helping it. I think it’s a decent value but I would much rather have something else because this made me gag and was ineffective for relieving my nausea. It’s just a strip you put on your tongue and it’s quite spicy. So it’s easy to swallow if you can get the taste down.

    I am all about using a more natural product to combat nausea if I can find one that actually works.I thought I would try out these ginger root extract strips. They melt on the tongue, so are very easy to take.I am not permitted to say if they actually work but I was pleased.

    Mild taste, settles stomach

    Ginger is my go-to ingredient for settling my stomach. I like ginger for health and digestion purposes, but I also like the taste. I drink a lot of ginger tea, and will often have a cup after a large meal.

    These ginger strips are mild. They don't have the typical sharp ginger taste, so should appeal to those who don't like the harsh bite of fresh ginger.

    The strips are small and convenient to carry with me when I'm out. I tuck a few in my purse and can forget about them until I need them.
