I chose these Boost Camu Camu and Elderberry Extract Strips because I work in a school and my husband is a professional puppeteer and interacts with a lot of audiences. I like the idea of these strips, as they are easier to travel with than liquid or a bottle of pills. The strip I used did not easily dissolve, but a bit of warm tea helped it to finish dissolving. The taste is nice. It's sweet and fruity. I did not notice any unpleasant aftertaste. There are 30 strips in the package, so if my husband and I are sharing it, and taking 1 per day, this box will last us 2 weeks.

Before ordering, I had never seen a supplement in this type of delivery system (dissolving strips). Maybe I've been living under a rock, I don't know...but I thought it was kind of a genius concept. And I was curious enough to give them a try. I don't know much about Camu Camu or Elderberry except that they are good for the immune system. As a cancer survivor, I'm always looking for extra help supporting my immune health. They melt in your mouth quickly and easily, except for sometimes sticking to the roof of your mouth...but not a big deal because they'll still melt there as well (just like a fruit roll-up). The mixed berry flavor is really yummy and doesn't leave any aftertaste, at least for me anyway. I can't attest to seeing any difference in my health...some types of supplements don't really give you any noticeable effects or changes. We just have to assume they're helping, and hopefully these do.

I’ve used just about every form of melatonin. This one works very quickly! I haven’t tried the caffeine strips yet so I cannot review their effectiveness.

I love these strips. They are super useful and convenient. They are pure ginger and they can knock out a queasy stomach fast. They would be fantastic for morning sickness. I highly recommend them.

Wow this is so easy to take, it's impressive! Just a small flake that melts on your tongue. Hardly any taste, but what it had was good. it's a little berry like, a little sour, a little sweet but it goes so fast you hardly realize it. We feel that elderberry is very good for our health and it helps our immune system. The addition of camu camu is new to us but no side effects are noticed or mentioned as a possibility when you look it up.

They're like those listerine breath strips, but it's ginger instead of mouthwash.Just a bit sweet, which prevents the ginger flavor from being overpowering and makes it taste a bit more like candied ginger. Not an unpleasant way to get some ginger extract down.
