    Ingredients

    5 mg of melatonin and 10 mg of L-theanine

    Directions

    Energy - Place 1 film on the tongue, allow to dissolve, then swallow. Take additional strips if needed, not exceeding 200 mg of caffeine in 5 hours or 400 mg daily from all sources. For Adults only.

    Sleep - Place 1 film on the tongue, allow to dissolve, then swallow. Take at least 30 minutes before bedtime. For adults only.

    Didn't really work for me

    The melatonin works well to help get me to sleep however doesn't keep me asleep. The flavor of the strip was decent but nothing to write home about, but I can tolerate it.
    The caffeine on the other hand I noticed absolutely no difference in energy not even a boost. Also hated the taste of the strip.
    Overall I probably will not be purchasing these again.

    Easy to carry in a backpack

    I got these to bring on an active vacation where I wasn’t sure I would have water to drink at night. The strips are very convenient and easy to take without a beverage. I did not like the taste or texture, but it was what I expected for a dissolving strip. The melatonin worked much more effectively than the caffeine ones, but maybe I’m just used to consuming more caffeine in my regular morning energy drink. It isn’t as effective, but it still worked to give me a boost of energy. If you need something easy to pack for a hiking trip, these are great, if not a little expensive.

    I will stick with better known brands

    I like to pack light when I travel and thought that these small oral strips would be a good thing to have on hand. I tried one of each, the energy strip with caffeine and the one with melatonin. I rarely take energy boosting drinks, as coffee or green tea are part of my daily routine. The energy strip had an odd taste as it dissolved in my mouth: a combination of something old and something sour. The oral strip for sleep did not taste much better and the taste lingered in my mouth for a few minutes. Melatonin has not worked reliably for me, and when I do use it it's from a brand I know and trust. My experience with these oral strips may be unique and others may find them to be to their liking. Hence, I give them a neutral 3 stars but I won't be using them myself.

    Quick and effective!

    I’ve used just about every form of melatonin. This one works very quickly! I haven’t tried the caffeine strips yet so I cannot review their effectiveness.

    A Great Travel Pack

    I am a fan. I recall products like these from some time ago and missed them. I'm glad to see them making a comeback. I especially like the caffeine strips, which are quite effective. I periodically take melatonin and find the dose in the strips inadequate. Maybe two strips will do the trick. This is a nice set.
