That said, I like camu camu and elderberry, especially during cold season, and was happy to find this easy to take combo of the two. They're both packed with vitamin C and good for our immune systems I believe.

I dont know what came camu is, but I'm a big fan of elderberry for immune health boost. These strips are so easy, just pop one in your mouth and it dissolves on your tongue, like the Listerene breath mint strips. These are individually packaged, which seems like a huge waste of packaging materials but I'm guessing they would stick all together otherwise. The taste is very pleasant, despite the fact that Stevia extract always leaves a lingering aftertaste for me. It's convenient on the go as you can throw a few in your bag, pocket, etc. At $20 for a 30 count, I think it's a bit pricy.

I like that I can just throw some of these in my purse to have them on hand. They dissolve well, a thicker strip than other types of strips that you put on your tongue. They do form a little gel type of film on your tongue while they are dissolving, does not take too long though. The flavor is okay, not offensive but not great, there is a small amount of bitter aftertaste. They come in individual packages which is good in the way of being able to take a few with you or share with others, but it does seem wasteful to package them individually. Overall, a good product that is easy to use.
