Hard to dissolve

I ordered this for my 17 year old daughter to avoid the pill but sadly this flavor in this strip is terrible and they don’t dissolve well in your tongue. I don’t recommend this for teenagers, not even my husband likes them.

I love keeping these at my desk for when I get a burst of anxiety as I work. They are easy to pop in my mouth and taste delicious.

Four stars because they don't dissolve very easily, but I do see the benefit of using them and the flavor is okay. I usually take one when I get home from work and then another an hour before bed. They do help me relax and unwind, but they don't dissolve very well and I end up chewing a little gooey ball most nights. Not horrible, but maybe something to tweak in the formulation.

Stress relief when I need it

Love that I can throw a few in my purse and keep them in my car because social situations really stress me out. They taste herbal and lemony and dissolve in under a minute.
