    Directions

    Place 1 strip on the tongue, allow to dissolve, then swallow. Take at least 30 minutes before bedtime. For adults only.

    Strong, effective product

    I tried these in the mint, and they were too strong, so I gave the berry a shot and it is a better flavor. Not great, but better.The individual wrapping is a big plus, but it is a lot of wrap for a tiny piece of stuff. Another good thing about it is the strength. 5 mg of melatonin is keeping me asleep longer.Now, the texture of the little tabs takes getting used to. In theory, they should melt on the tongue. In practice, they stick to the roof of the mouth or to the teeth before melting is over.For the price, it is worth working a little more on these features. The competition is much better although they are only 2.5 mg. Their tabs are very thin, lightly flavored, and in smaller packaging although not individually wrapped.
